With a lifetime of global experience and deep cross-cultural insight, Melissa Chipman brings a distinctive edge to Vail’s luxury real estate market. Having lived and traveled extensively across the world, and fluent in both English and Spanish, she offers a warm and intuitive approach to client relations—particularly with the Latin American community that regularly invests in and visits the Vail region. Having spent the better part of 40 years being an integral part of the Aspen and Vail building communities, Scott has been a part of some of the most innovative and unique design builds to have ever been imagined. From slopeside townhomes and condominiums to elaborate, custom, luxury properties that decorate the mountainsides of the Vail and Roaring Fork Valleys. 

While also contributing to projects in Telluride, Sun Valley, and many of the California coastal cities from Manhattan Beach to San Clemente, Scott has learned to collaborate with a diverse range of people and personalities as well as apply his deep knowledge of building codes and applications that stem from many parts of the western states. Always having a passion for land and homes led Scott to acquiring his real estate license in 2020. In his eyes, each property contributing its own distinctive personality and character keeps things from being dull and redundant. Every property carries a personality of its own therefore being an extension of its owner or designer.

An avid outdoorsman, Scott relishes the Rocky Mountain lifestyle. Being a passionate skier and mountain enthusiast since his early teens, Scott finds that the road less traveled suits his

taste for adventure, that’s why you’ll probably never see him on any well-traveled paths.

After raising 5 children with his beautiful wife Kathy, Scott finds more time doing what he loves, managing their short-term rentals and creating, building and selling lifestyle properties that suit clients and their expectations.

Marc Tergeoglou is the Principal of A2 Associates, a residential and commercial construction firm specializing in mountain and historic architecture, resort communities, and commercial infrastructure. With a career that bridges old-world craftsmanship and large-scale modern development, 

Marc brings deep field experience and refined leadership to projects that define place and elevate the environment. Born in Edmonton, Canada, to European parents who emigrated after World War II, Marc’s early foundation was shaped by structure, discipline, and engineering. His father, a mechanical engineer for Hess Oil, worked throughout the U.S. Virgin Islands, exposing Marc to complex and cutting edge infrastructure projects at a young age. Raised and educated in Connecticut, Marc began his hands-on training restoring colonial-era homes—discovering a passion for historic architecture, traditional building methods, and the legacy embedded in timeless structures. After relocating to Aspen following college, Marc embedded himself in the mountain lifestyle—first managing ski shops and restaurants, then returning to construction with a focus on the distinctive challenges of alpine environments. He joined a crew specializing in the restoration of historic Victorian homes in Aspen’s West End and downtown core, gaining deep knowledge of building in high-altitude conditions and within preservation guidelines. 

Marc’s career evolved as he took on broader and more complex roles across the construction industry. At Paul Rasmussen Construction, he was instrumental in the build-out of major resort developments including the Highlands Base Village and Thunderbowl neighborhood—high-profile projects requiring coordination across trades, disciplines, and infrastructure systems. From foundational work to final finish, Marc’s management ensured delivery at the highest standard, balancing custom residential details with the demands of resort-scale development. In recent years, through A2 Associates, Marc has expanded his portfolio to include both residential and commercial construction projects along with major infrastructure upgrades in mountain communities—working with private clients and local municipalities to deliver projects that serve long-term community and environmental needs, Marc’s approach emphasizes sustainability, regional context, and building systems that function reliably in the extremes of alpine climates. With over two decades of experience spanning historic restoration, mountain residential, resort-scale development, and essential infrastructure, Marc leads A2 Associates with a rare combination of craftsmanship and strategic oversight. His work reflects a deep respect for place—whether he’s preserving a Victorian landmark, building a modern ski chalet, or managing the infrastructure beneath it all. 

Born in Denmark and raised in Brazil, Michelle brings a global perspective and an instinct for refined living to Colorado’s elite mountain market. As the exclusive Real Estate Broker and Property Manager for DeRossi Development Group, Michelle is the trusted liaison between discerning buyers, visionary developers, and world-class properties in Vail and beyond.
