Surrounded by majestic peaks and vibrant pine forests, the village offers a unique blend of luxury and adventure year-round. Inspired by this rare elevation and the elevated experience it promises, we named our restaurant 8150, a tribute to Vail’s exact altitude and a symbol of the refined, peak experience we aim to deliver in every dish, every detail, and every moment.
